It takes two sides to create a conflict.

What makes some people remain bitter and hurtful, years after the encounter? Why do they have such trouble moving on?

What makes some people choose not to hear the other side?

Imagine how far we would move toward understanding, if we were to look at the whole picture, and consider how we contributed to the conflict, rather than deciding the whole blame belongs to the other - something almost never the case.

Continued viciousness, over the course of years, makes me sad for those who engage in it. It doesn't bode well for their future, as people or as artists. Wouldn't it be best, for their own sake to have the courage and the decency to finally talk things out?
